I've worked in the industry for 40 years including 20 years as senior firefighter in Melbourne and I've never worked for the most money oriented and stuck up full of importance people that charge what ever than can to make money I came in and soon as they try to take all my customers and take advantage of them sack me don't need me anymore but my customers know better I've been sincere all the time pity they don't know what that means

Had Mick Doyle out to check our fire suppression gear and he's first class. Diligent, on time, thorough and a genuinely decent, good bloke.A little later we had James to hold a morning of fire supression training. The training session was a complete success as James is an excellent teacher who enagages everyone and keeps you awake by involving each person all the way along. Great bloke and like Mick is a credit to the company.

Protector Fire Services deal with complaints and issues most unprofessional. Don't use them if want good customer service. They installed a fire extinguisher without needing to and charged me, asking only for cash from my store manager. Tech failed to see the in-date FE mounted, and assumed no FE was ever installed :/ Asked for a refund because FE not required, and after many attempts to contact them, they denied responsibility and didn't honour refund. Despite many attempts to 'professionally' rectify. Now with Dept Consumer Affairs, if not only for principle. Use with caution. This is only based on my individual experience.

I have worked at Protector Fire Services for over 11 years. I find it very disheartened when ex-employees feel the need to blow and bluster in on-line reviews, especially when their dishonesty has been exposed. This company puts honesty and integrity first. The directors have been very supportive and understanding when unexpected curve balls have come my way. One director in particular always shares supportive advice and kind words.

Protector Fire Services has been providing Fire Warden and Evacuation training to Therapy Focus for the past 4 years. The Human Resources Team at Therapy Focus are very happy with the level of professionalism and training provided to our employees, and would highly recommend Protector Fire Services to other organisations.

I have worked for this Company coming up to 13 years and have always found the owners to be professional and approachable. They have always treated me with kindness and respect. Some previous employees leaving negative reviews are only voicing sour grapes because they were caught doing the wrong thing.

I have worked for this company for ten years. I have always found the upper management quite likable and approachable. Work hard, do your job and do your best and you will be fine.I can't complain at all I have always been treated and supported very well during some fairly trying times.They do have very high professional standards an unfortunately some previous employees have fallen well short of the mark, some in spectacular fashion. Some have continually lowered themselves to leaving disgusting phone messages or reviews etc, trying to tarnish and demoralise the entire company, just to make themselves look persecuted etcA certain (Wayne K) is one of the latestWe all worked with you ?You peanut !We know the truth....Personally i think you are one person who truly deserved to be dismissed well before the company actually did.
